Swansea based business, marketing and management consultancy firm CIOTEK Ltd, successfully achieved the Investors in People Silver Award in May 2011.
Director and founder Chris James, an IIP advisor for the Welsh Government, was keen to demonstrate CIOTEK’s commitment to achieving the award by opting for an assessment against the extended framework. This involved a stringent evaluation of the company’s practices against 115 evidence requirements – 65 above the IiP standard.
The assessment report commended the company on their positive inter-organisational and client communication, quality performance measurement techniques and overall commitment to CPD.
