CIOTEK Limited were awarded the Mid-Term and Final Evaluation for the
Strategic Insight Programme (SIP) which ran from June 2014 – May 2015.
SIP was a HEFCW funded project under the previous collaborative engagement round of the 3rd mission fund. The Programme supported HEFCW’s mission to develop and sustain internationally excellent higher education in Wales, for the benefit of individuals, society and the economy, both in Wales and more widely.
The purpose of the SIP was to facilitate strategic placements of HEI staff into partner organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors and vice versa. The aim was to create time for relationships to be formed and tacit information to be exchanged and shared between placement partners. The Programme was designed to enable strong working links and facilitate the generation of ideas for ongoing collaboration.
